What are cashback websites and how do they work?
Cashback sites receive a commission from the merchant for directing you to their website. What if my purchase does not track?
Almost all transactions track quite quickly, however sometimes you may find that it does not work out so perfectly. This could be down to cookies on your computer not tracking correctly, something on the merchant's end, or if you use coupon codes that are not authorized by TopCashback the commission may go to another affiliate. If nothing appears in your account after a week or two, simply lodge a 'Missing Cashback Claim' and we'll do the rest.
